Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting the Living Life With HS campaign. Every purchase you make goes directly toward funding our mission to raise awareness, provide support, and advocate for systemic change for HS warriors in the UK.

Because we are a grassroots campaign and not a large retail corporation, our merchandise is created using a Print-on-Demand service. This means that every single t-shirt, hoodie, or cup is custom-printed specifically for you at the exact moment you place your order.

Because of the custom nature of these products, our refund and returns policy is strictly limited to damaged, defective, or misprinted items.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We want you to be proud to wear your gear. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged in transit, or defective in any way, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

To process a claim for a defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at livinglifewithhs@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Include clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or misprint. (We need these photos to submit a claim to our printing partners).

Once we receive your email and photos, if a refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.You do not usually need to mail the defective item back to us, but we will advise you via email once your claim is reviewed.

Wrong Sizes, Colours, or “Change of Mind”

Because every item is custom-made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong size, the wrong colour, or simply change your mind.

We do not hold inventory or stock to exchange items with. To avoid disappointment, please check the sizing charts provided on every product page very carefully before placing your order.

Lost in Transit

If your package seems to be lost in transit, please contact us at livinglifewithhs@gmail.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement for you if the package is confirmed lost.

If tracking information states that your order was delivered to the address you provided, but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
