Community Rules

These rules apply in the Living Life With HS NexusHub app (app.livinglifewithhs.co.uk) and our WhatsApp Support Groups.

• Be kind and respectful. No harassment, bullying or hate.
• Don’t give medical advice or push treatments; this is peer support, not medical care.
• Don’t screenshot, forward or share other members’ messages, voice notes or details outside the app.
• Don’t post identifying information or photos of anyone else without their permission.
• No selling, advertising or spam.
• Admins may remove messages and may remove or ban members who break these rules. We keep a record of the reason.

Private messages and private groups

What’s said in a private group stays in that group. Admins can’t see private messages or private groups, don’t monitor them, and can’t step in or act on anything said in them. If you create a group, you’re in charge: you decide who joins and can remove members at any time from Group info. If someone’s a problem, remove or block them.
